Lead Operator
Soap Powder Department
Are you our new colleague in the soap powder department? We are looking for a full-time Lead Operator to work in a two-shift system, with the potential to grow into the role of deputy or full Team Leader. Do you have experience as an operator, preferably with some leadership responsibilities? Then we would be very happy to welcome you to our team.

We produce products for major brands and retailers, and we are also active with our own brands: KLOK, Tricel and CleanWash. As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the automated production and packaging process for our soap products within a two-shift system. You make sure that the supply of raw materials and the discharge of finished products run smoothly, fully in line with the production schedule and recipe. You will also instruct the other production employees working at the machine.
Within this role, Senzora offers you the opportunity to grow towards the position of deputy or full Team Leader.
Your working hours are from 05:30 to 14:15 during the morning shift, or from 14:15 to 23:00 during the evening shift.
