Working at Senzora

Will you be joining our team?

At Senzora, we have been making products such as washing powder and soda for more than 150 years. We do this with around 100 colleagues in a down-to-earth, committed and solution-oriented working environment. We are continuously improving, and that is where you come in.

Are you someone who makes processes smarter and brings people along in that change? Then this is the role for you.

Who are we?

Senzora BV has built up a strong track record in the laundry and cleaning products industry. Our family business was founded in 1876 and is known for its focus on product quality. We manufacture products for major brands and retailers, and we are also active with our own brands: KLOK, Tricel and Clean Wash. We are a serious player in the development of sustainable, high-quality laundry and cleaning products. And we are proud of that.

We believe it is important to be Sustainable, Entrepreneurial and Responsible, both in the way we work together and in the way we bring our products to market. In addition to Senzora’s long history, new paths are opening up for the future. We want to grow!

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will work directly with the Operations Manager. You are the person who not only comes up with improvements, but also makes sure they truly work in practice. You will spend a lot of time on the shop floor. More specifically, you will work on:

  • Improving production and work processes
  • Writing and improving work instructions
  • Ensuring that agreements are actually followed
  • Guiding colleagues through changes and improvement projects

You will also work on projects such as:

  • Implementing and optimising MES systems, including OEE
  • Further developing control systems, such as PCS7

This is a role for someone who both analyses and takes action. You are just as comfortable standing on the shop floor with operators as you are developing processes.
